The Purios F is a modern system solution for the thermal insulation of attics with wooden rafters, as well as walls and ceilings made of wood. The Purios F system uses two components that, when sprayed onto a surface, form the PUR foam. The insulation created in this way completely fills the slots, creating a homogeneous and seamless structure that is open to diffusion and does not require fitting components.
Modern building insulation systems belong to system solutions. To apply them, two components are necessary. By mixing these two components, the polyurethane foam is made, which is then sprayed on site. The Purios F open-cell foam is a modern material for house insulation.
The open-cell polyurethane foam is formed by mixing the two components. For this process to work properly, it is necessary to:
Professional spraying requires both specialised spraying equipment and the experience of a certified Purios system spraying contractor.
The semi-rigid polyurethane foam is formed within seconds of spraying the liquid mixture of components. This special property ensures that the liquid material gets into every slot, hole and other hard-to-reach spaces and then fills them perfectly, increasing its volume by 100 times. At the same time, it adheres precisely to the sprayed surface; as a result the PUR foam insulation does not require any work or assembly components.
The Purios F open-cell foam is a fast, effective, durable and safe method of thermal insulation of attics, walls, ceilings and floors:
One special feature of the Purios F polyurethane foam is its diffusion openness, commonly referred to as “material breathability.” As it is composed of more than 90% open-walled bubbles, it allows moisture to penetrate almost freely. Its excessive presence in the air is a major cause of mould growth and can reduce temperatures by up to 4°C. The open-cell foam is excellent at regulating air vapour saturation.
Due to its very good thermal insulation performance and diffusion openness, the Purios F is used in all types of timber construction. It is used to insulate attics, ceilings and walls and is most often chosen by owners of timber-frame houses.
The semi-rigid open-cell foam is a material with distinctive properties. It is lightweight, and yet durable. It can also be used in cold stores and food storage areas, which confirms that it is safe for humans, animals and the environment.
In the case of thermal insulation materials, key properties include thermal conductivity (how effectively it inhibits temperature transfer), fire reaction class and compressive strength (e.g. deformation under gravity). As a manufacturer, we provide a certificate to confirm that these parameters will remain stable for 25 years.

The open-cell foam is a material that allows moisture to penetrate almost freely. Thanks to the pressure differential, excess water vapour is effectively removed outdoors, which has a very significant impact on your living comfort.
Its density is 9-12 km/m3 – it is up to three times lighter than the sponge used in furniture, yet it efficiently inhibits temperature transfer, keeping temperatures at a similar level all year round.
Spray insulation alone allows the entire loft to be insulated in just 1 day. In terms of time savings, the modern polyurethane material is second to none.
Hygiene approvals confirm that the Purios F foam has no health effects – even for people with skin and respiratory conditions. It is also safe for the environment.
Maintaining properties over a longer period of time is essential for thermal insulation materials. The quality of the Purios F foam is assured by the certificate confirming the stability of the system parameters for 25 years.
