This unique financial proposal is intended for all owners of single-family buildings or a designated parts of such buildings. It gives you the opportunity to apply funding the thermal insulation of your home or having the costs and expenses thereof reimbursed. The latest iteration of the Clean Air Programme enables you to receive up to 100% funding, to be exact PLN 136,200 at the maximum.
What can the subsidy be obtained for?

The Clean Air programme of government subsidies is intended for owners and co-owners of single-family houses and designated parts of such buildings that come with separate entrances and land and mortgage registers.

There are different levels of funding; they depend on the planned investment and the household income. The maximum amount of funding for the investment is PLN 135,000; in addition, you may receive PLN 1,200 for preparing the energy audit of your building.
The current iteration of the Clean Air Programme lasts until 30 June 2027. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the allocated pool of money will not run out before that date.
