Purios E

The Purios E is a two-component thermal spray insulation system. Applied with specialised equipment, the mixture of the two liquid components foams up in just seconds. The resulting open-cell polyurethane foam fills all accessible spaces while becoming an efficient insulation material that requires no assembly work to be done.

  • Material with long-lasting properties
  • Sealed, seamless layer
  • Guarantee of professional workmanship

Product description

More on the Purios E

The modern construction industry relies on materials made from more than one component. This type of system solution is also the Purios E open-cell polyurethane foam. Sprayed on site, it is an efficient and safe way to insulate your house.

The polyurethane foam is made by combining two liquid components. Once they are mixed, foaming occurs – the sprayed liquid increases in volume by 100+ times in just seconds. Certain conditions must be met:

  • the proportions of the components must be maintained,
  • the correct pressure of the components in the application machine is important,
  • the correct temperature of the components in the system must be maintained,
  • the humidity of both the air and the surface must be within normal limits.

Applying foam is the equivalent of buying and installing the insulation material. The sprayed material covers the surface evenly, as well as slots, holes and other imperfections that would cause heat to escape with standard materials. This creates an even, airtight and adherent thermal insulation layer.

The polyurethane foam is a modern material demonstrating multiple advantages. The long list of benefits includes such worth mentioning:

  • effectiveness – the foam protects against both cold and heat,
  • safety – this is confirmed by all tests and certificates,
  • reaction to fire class – the Purios E foam is a self-extinguishing material and does not spread fire,
  • quality guarantee – the application of the material is always performed by certified foam application specialists.

The Purios E insulation system is foam applied on site. One particular advantage of this solution is that it creates a uniform and tight structure: without cavities, joints or void spaces. This allows the heat to be retained more effectively. The absence of thermal bridges – gaps in the thermal insulation layer – is synonymous with stable temperatures and significantly less heat loss.

The Purios E is a diffusion-open material. This allows water vapour to pass through the foam cells, creating a breathable wall effect. Regulating the humidity of the air in this manner is particularly important for timber frame houses and timber framed roofs. This is why open-cell foam insulates primarily wooden houses. It is used to insulate facade and interior walls, ceilings and attics.

It is worth noting that the Purios E foam solves two of the most frequent problems of traditional materials. First off, it is completely and under all circumstances safe for health, even for particularly sensitive people. Second off, the certificate we issue to confirm the stability of its parameters is an assurance that the foam will retain its thermal insulation properties even after 25 years.

Why it is worth it

Purios

Purios - zespół

The sprayed, rapidly foaming material takes the form of a white and uniform layer. The lack of joints, adhesives and the need for assembly can raise the temperature inside the house by up to 4°C during the winter.

Purios - zespół

We achieved very good insulating properties thanks to the air bubbles of which the foam is composed. Air is an excellent thermal insulator if it is not moved and stirred.

Purios - zespół

The time it takes to complete a house is of paramount importance. With spray insulation, a typical attic can be insulated in just 1 day, which saves you both time and money.

Purios - zespół

We have been in the business of producing top-quality polyurethane systems for almost 20 years. In addition, we have set up an internal training and certification system so that PUR foam spraying is carried out by the best-trained specialists.

Purios - zespół

This is a property of the material that allows it to be penetrated by smaller particles, such as water vapour. “Breathable material” maintains the humidity in the air at the right level, which in turn keeps the health and condition of the building in shape.
