The Purios ET is a polyurethane system for the thermal insulation of houses and other buildings. Formed by mixing two high-grade components, the PUR foam forms a tight and thoroughly adherent layer. The polyurethane, which is created partly from recycled products, ensures safety for residents and the environment, and the air enclosed in its bubbles makes it effectively inhibit temperature transfer.
Thermal insulation systems are the latest generation of building materials. They are formed as a result of physical and chemical reactions occurring when two components are mixed. In the same way, thermal insulation is produced to ensure that your home has optimal temperatures in summer and winter.
Thanks to the liquid components, it is possible to spray them precisely even in hard-to-reach areas. In addition, the application of the material is precise and even. In less than 10 seconds, the liquid foams up and fills the holes and slots, forming an even coating that adheres perfectly to the substrate.
In order to produce a top-quality open-cell foam insulation, the following conditions must be met:
Meeting the first three conditions is possible by using specialised equipment operated by experienced certified application specialists.
The typical recommended thickness of polyurethane foam in a usable loft is approximately 26 cm, which suffices to keep you warm in winter and to protect you from the heat in summer.
Thermal insulation is the main, but not the only advantage of the modern material. It also helps regulate humidity levels.
The Purios ET foam is a material that is safe for people, animals and the environment. The development of technology allows us to use high-grade recycled materials, such as rPET, for some types of polyurethane insulation. It is also very durable, however lightweight. Studies conducted over many years confirm that the Purios polyurethane foam retains its properties for at least 25 years.
The Purios ET is by far the lightest type of foam. One cubic metre weighs approximately 10 kilograms. This is particularly important for older, disturbed and stressed structures. In any other case, you get material that does not affect the structural elements. At the same time, it is partially flexible, which is important for roofs and other building partitions that “work” as they are affected by wind or temperatures.
Low weight, high efficiency and openness to diffusion are features particularly suitable for thermal insulation:
When insulating a house with the modern PUR foam, it is of great importance that the assembly stage is omitted completely. The polyurethane material adheres to any surface, making the purchase and installation of a metal frame redundant. This translates into saving time and money, but it also makes your life more comfortable. The Purios ET foam insulation eliminates the need to glue, puncture and cut the material, thereby eliminating the formation of thermal bridges which can cause temperatures to drop by several degrees in winter.

One cubic metre of the Purios ET foam weighs approximately 10 kilograms. It is therefore several or even more times lighter than traditional solutions. This translates into increased structural stability for lightweight frame houses.
Approvals from the Polish and foreign research institutes confirm that our polyurethane foam is free of hazardous substances and is therefore always neutral to your health and life.
By durability, we mean the maintenance of the key properties of the insulation material. Rigorous testing confirms that the Purios ET foam maintains its insulating properties and fire resistance even after 25 years.
Spraying liquid components is the easiest and quickest way to insulate a building, as long as the work is performed by certified application specialists using specialised equipment.
The formation of foam from the sprayed components occurs evenly. Increasing its volume by 200+ times, the material accurately fills voids and irregularities to form a uniform and joint-free layer.
